  Received wonderful care for a few years, but that suddenly changed one day when a hygienist refused to complete a routine cleaning. We were told that if we didn't agree to pay for hundreds of dollars of special treatments first, she wouldn't complete the cleaning. Another dentist's office did the regular cleaning & check-up immediately and recommended more gum treatments as a follow-up.

  First impressions say a lot. I scheduled an appointment for a filling several weeks ago. After calling me several times to confirm the appointment, they called again this morning. They were attempting to get me to add on a cleaning and full work up to the appointment today. I declined and said we could schedule in the future but today I was on a time crunch and was using my lunch for this appointment. I arrived at 10:27 for a 10:30 appt and already had all paperwork printed and filled out from their website. As of 11:10 I was still in the waiting room and I asked the girl at the front desk how much longer it would be. She said they were getting ready to call me back but it could be an hour or so when I got back there since they are running behind. I had high hopes for this dentist, but when asked if I wanted to reschedule I declined. I didn't make a 10:30 appointment to not be seen until noon. Wouldn't recommend to anybody and I didn't get past the waiting room.
